Sealion Shipping is more than 3 decades in the shipping industry providing a broad and comprehensive range of shipping services. Sealion is principally engaged in ship agency, ship chartering, project and freight forwarding shipments and other marine related services catering to principals and clients from Asia Pacific, South Asia, Middle East and Western Europe. The Company has built a reputation for integrity / reliability / competence and we are continuing with the development of our customer-focused culture, keeping in step with fast changes in Information Technology. We strive to provide high operation efficiency and satisfaction to our clients and customers. As a service orientated business, our future depends on sustaining this culture and guaranteeing integrity in everything we do.

With our broad network of sub-agents and associates in the major ports of Asia, Sealion is able to look after ship-owners' or charterers' interest in these ports. Besides promoting the company's activities in Europe, Sealion's European representatives based in Hamburg and Benelux, accord ship-owners or operators the ease and convenience to discuss a wide range of shipping and agency matters. As always, the Sealion's team provides valued service expected by their clients.

Mr Kees Visser worked for the Dutch shipping company Van Nievelt Goudriaan in Rotterdam from the years 1953 to 1991. He started his shipping career as a Deck Officer and worked his way to senior positions based at shore in the Netherlands and overseas.
Mr Visser was stationed in Singapore from 1973 till 1977 as General Manager of White Star Line representing the interest of Van Nievelt Goudriaan in 1992, Sealion invited him to act as their Business Development Representative in the Benelux, which covers Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg.
Mr Visser brings with him a wealth of shipping experience and commercial connection particularly in the Dutch shipping community for the benefits of Sealion Shipping. |

Mr Sierks has had a long and illustrious career in international liner operations, including two years with the Hamburg-Amerika Line and Rickmers Line, three years with liner agencies in North America, ten years as Secretary of the Liner Committee of the German National Shipowners’ Association and most recently, twenty years with Hamburg-Sued, the renowned German liner operator, where he was a Director for South Pacific activities.
A resident of Hamburg, the center of German liner and tramp shipping activities, Mr Sierks is well known and widely connected in the industry, and Sealion is proud to have him on board, to the lasting benefit of the Company and its many customers.
